good choicesmall roommissing toiletries
The breakfast provided a good choice of options. The dinner menu also offered many choices.
I pre-booked a double room with a king-size bed, BUT upon arrival, I received a double room with two bunks crammed into a corner. This significantly reduced the room's space, and the staff insisted it was the only room available. There were no toiletries provided in the bathroom, just hand wash at the sink, which I consider a MISSED opportunity.

Excellent Stay

tasty breakfastefficient check-intasteful decorationlarge bed
The check-in process was swift and efficient. The hotel displayed tasteful decoration with attention to detail in pictures and trims. The bed was large and comfortable and I slept great. Dinner and breakfast were both of a high standard. I found this hotel fantastic, the staff were excellent and Tesco was conveniently located opposite.
The shower had limited amenities, such as only shower gel available and nothing else.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel offers complimentary parking, a considerable advantage . There are provisions for bicycles to be stored safely inside, illustrating the hotel's care . A restaurant is available, where a good dinner was served, so the location is convenient.
Rooms
9/10
The standard double room features a large bed with crisp linen. Large towels and ample space added to my comfort. The room offered peace and quiet, very pleasant.
Location
9/10
The hotel is centrally located. A Tesco supermarket sits opposite the premises, convenient for shopping. petrol station is located nearby, in case of long trips.
Dining
9/10
The hotel offers a scottish breakfast that prepares guests for the day. Evening meals have a specials board and a standard menu. The chef ensured that meals were available earlier if required, SO thoughtful.
